About Us

THE CLUB:   MCC is registered with Croquet England and affiliated to the Croquet North federation. The club was formed in 1988 at Ormesby Hall (NT), moved to Prissick Sports Park from 1998-2006 and is now in Albert Park. There are around thirty members, who meet for friendly games, coaching and season-long club competitions. MCC takes part in inter-club matches around the North East. We also host some tournaments during the season. There is ample equipment and information about all forms of croquet. New players are always very welcome!
